Refund Policy

UNCLAIMED BOXES:

Pickup responsibility: To receive the freshest produce possible from PSFH and our producers, the Farm Box subscriber must pick up their box at their designated pickup window and location. 

Unclaimed box policy: It is our policy that any unclaimed boxes are donated after the designated pickup window closes. 

Refund policy: PSFH does not offer refunds for unclaimed boxes or coordinate pickup times outside of pickup windows. 

UNSATISFACTORY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If an item in your Farm Box is received in unsatisfactory condition, arrives damaged, or is the incorrect item, please reach out to farmbox@pugetsoundfoodhub.com for resolution. We want you to love what you get!

HOME DELIVERY: please reach out if your box was stolen or did not get delivered so we can make it right.
